For the last year I have been building up a client base of customers for my home based business. Now that i have more work lined up I have decided that it would be a good investment to buy some equipment and software to help me keep track of my incoming and out going costs.

Being based in the UK i am not sure what is out there as most of the stuff that comes up on the net is for American based custom.

Does anyone know of a decent software that will do the following:
1. scale recipes up or down from a base recipe.
2. do the costing of the cake based on the ingredients used.

If it has any thing else that is a bonus such as invoicing, labeling etc. If anyone know what else would be useful i would appreciate the input.

Also what would you say is the best sized planetary mixer to get for a small home based bakery. I have been looking at the 10 ltr and 20 ltr capacity but i am not sure. I have an order for a 4 tier wedding cake and the mixer i am using at the moment is way too small. I am on a budget and have found hobarts way out of my bracket so i am looking at the next best thing any suggestion on size and model of machinary.

Thanks for help guys i appreciate it only being a newbie.
