Good evening CC!!! i'm in the process of leaving cake decorating business dream behind and actually start to work on getting my kitchen linsensed... i got one question though.... does kitchen size matters? or as long as everything is perfectly clean, in order and cake supplies are separate from home supplies it'll be ok? i'm in NC.
TIA and God bless. ![]()

Thank you icer 101! I actually followed that one from the very first day Pam posted it.... but i coulnd't find anything about kitchen size... and i actually opened the att she posted few days after with the requirements... but my concern is that i live in a condo w a small size kitchen... not in a house with this huge amazing kitchen, but still i do feel very confortable with my working space... but will they approve it if the rest of the requirments are ok?
I am a former home-based baker from Cary, North Carolina and size does not matter.
