Hello Everyone!
I want to get some dummy cakes to practice some decorating ideas on, but
I am curious if you actually use real icing/fondant??
I know at the bakeries and such, they have dummy cakes with what looks like real icing but wouldn't it go bad and make the 'cake' look bad??

Thanks in advance! icon_biggrin.gif

Yes, its real icing/fondant.

No, it won't go bad as there is way to much sugar in it.

It might go yellow after time if left in the light....thats if you use white... but will last for years.
