How much Satin Ice will I need to cover 4 tiered wedding cake? I'm making a wedding cake for the first time (exciting & a bit scary) and I want to make sure that I have enough fondant on hand, especially since the cake is for New Years eve.

Here's a chart. I usually seem to need more than what's recommended.
