Jason's Deli has this to die for pumpkin coffee cake. I have searched on line for copy cat recipies but havent found any.
Does any one have one that they actually make? Jason's is so moist and fluffy!

Krusteaz makes a box mix Crumb Cake that calls for 2/3 cup water and 1 egg. I've substituted 1/3 cup pumpkin and 1/3 cup water, 1 egg and added a dash of cinnamon then followed the rest of the instructions on the box. My family LOVES it!
