I am going to be making a set of drums and will be using fondant to cover the cakes. I am trying to replicate a set of drums that the birthday boys and and they have a very glassy, shiny sheen. What will give me a glassy sheen on the fondant? Also alot of chrome on the drums. Any ideas how to get a really shiny silver look? Any one?

I've found that painting on a thin layer of cooking oil spray works really well to create a sheen.

steam it with your iron or a clothes steamer!
