Cake With Coconut Filling

I have a bride that has requested a coconut filling with fruit and she does not want pineapple. Any ideas. thanks

Coconut is one of my favorite fillings. I like to add white chocolate and coconut to my buttercream to use as filling, and have added fresh raspberries along with that combo or a good quality seedless raspberry jam.
