i know my problem is not too much of a big deal as opposed to the ones I've read from here.
I was just wondering as to how I can avoid having my fondant wrinkle from the sides while I'm decorating it. there was one time that my cake started leaking some frosting with the fondant color and not even the frosting color. I think I may have put the fondant cover too thin I'm not sure. I don't put dowels or straws of it's just a 1 tier cake as I believe dowels or straws are only for tiered cake. Should I freeze my cake first before I ice and cover it with fondant?
