I'm looking for a good icing recipe for cupcakes, like the kind they use on all the cupcake shows that they just swirl around. It looks so light and fluffy. Any suggestions?

How about a cooked flour frosting like http://www.cooks.com/rec/doc/0,186,158190-249192,00.html I know it sounds strange but if whipped long enough the granulated sugar dissolves and the frosting is light and fluffy. I use it on Red Velvet cake, can't get into the cream cheese frosting for it.

I use Bettercream and just add whatever flavoring compliments my cupcakes. Just made some Chai spice cuppies and add Torani Chai Spice syrup along with a little cinnamon, cloves, ginger and cardamon.
