So, I've been using HR shortening (Sweetex) in combination with Meringue Powder, but not entirely pleased with my recipe. I'm always in search of the PERFECT buttercream icing, and recently read about people using a combination of HRS and an icing base. So, now that I've located it, I'd love to get a good recipe for it. Anyone have one? =)
