I just got off the phone with my Mom, and apparently she had to put her dog to sleep this morning. She is very upset, and so I wanted to do something to help her feel better. Of course, I can make her a cake, but how do I design a cake to honor her dog without upsetting her more, or it coming off cheesy or disrespectful? Any ideas are welcome! Thanks!
