Hello everybody. I have no idea if my post will follow the rules of CC's tutorials/pictorials etc. but here goes. I'm SO excited to be able to offer something to the wonderful CC community that has been so helpful!

Recently I was fortunate to attend a class taught by Kathleen Lange of Confectionary Chalet. She demonstrated how to create a cornucopia using a sugar ice cream cone. The cake was all buttercream and I was able to take pictures of each step of her demonstration and have also provided pics of the cake I made after the class.

Thanks for posting this link...it's quite interesting. I would not have thought of using a sugar cone.
