What Is On The Top Of This Cake ?

I was ask to make this cake, but I can not figure out what is on the top/board of this cake.
Any ideas ?


I am having problems attaching the pic.

It is the bottom 2 tier square cake with the cross on the side.

Are you talking about the white stuff? It looks like coconut or white chocolate shavings to me.

I was able to go to the site and look at the cakes. when I clicked on any of the cakes I got an enlarged picture. What you are seeing is sm white flowers with even smaller white flowers around them. icon_smile.gif

Agree... probably shredded coconut.

Don't think it's white chocolate because it would probably be more ivory colored than the white in the photo, and chocolate curls would be bigger unless they were smashed chocolate crumbs.

It is either medium/large coconut flakes or white chocolate shavings.

It looks more like coconut because of its color.
