How do I charge for Petit Fours?

Charge each and a LOT. Seriously, about $6 each. At least $4.50 with even minimal decor. IF you take the order, you'll find out why.

Leah_s - you've lowered your prices on the petit fours! icon_wink.gif Oh yeah, make some and THEN decide what you should charge for them. They are a pain.

I'm not sure how your question can be answered because you need to say what petit fours are being requested. Is it simply a baked meringue, a deep-fried pate choux with filling, elaborate mini-tart, or a decorated two-bite frangipane cake, etc...?
