Tomorrow I am making cupcakes (Mocha Chocolate) , with choc. frosting. The frosting is NOT buttercream, btw. I'm not sure how I'm going to ice them....... they are for an uncle, so I'm not sure if I should put some BC flowers on top, keep it simple and swirl the top with a tip?? Mum thought I should try to do some flowers.......buuuuuuut... after my last cake I'm not sure I have the thing for flowers down good enough yet.
Any tips for not making this turn out as a disaster, please reply! THANKYOU!
