I'm baking WASC for 100 People and it's for Saturday. I reside in Ct and taking the cake to New York. I would like to know if I can bake ahead of time and freeze it. When, can I start baking? Thanks for looking and responding. I so appreciate it. Have a Good weekend. thumbs_up.gif

yes, you can bake and freeze whenever you want. i dont use wasc, but i think it lasts a good few days on its own too.

i dont feel the need to freeze, my cakes carve well with out it. some people feel the firmer cake is easier to cut through, and gives you less crumbs.
