I cover the cake two days in advance and refrigerated, or should I wait a day before to cover? I'll be making cream cheese filling and I'll be adding peach yogurt to it, then I'm frosting the cake with a thick layer of buttercream in case someone decides to peel off the fondant that way at least they'll have frosting. Any other tips?
