I thought I saw one on here before and can't seem to locate it now.....

Not sure about on here, but Confetti Cakes book has one, it may be available at your library (mine has it). HTH.

There have been a few that posted in a thread , how they did theirs . But i do not know how to lead you to it. I did mine from elisa strauss book, also. You might can look under search. hth I baked 3 9" x2" layers, iced them, froze them, then carved to look like the hat part. I cut a real brim from a ball cap. made a pattern using real brim, covered real brim in press n seal. used g/p and rolled to thickness i wanted , cut , using pattern, and layed over the real brim to dry. I cover the hat with modeling chocolate and fondant mixed. It really went on well. then marked it with tracing tool ,etc. I just looked at the hat i was copying. It is in my pics. hth
