Has anyone used gumpaste by Satin Ice? I usually buy Wilton's, but I do use Satin Ice fontant, and like it. So any feedback would be great, it seems less expensive too!

I've tried Satin Ice gumpaste, and I had no problems working with it. To be honest, I can't tell much of a difference between SI and Wilton's gumpaste, except for the price. SI is a bit cheaper--I can buy a 2lb tub of SI for a couple of bucks cheaper than 2 of the Wilton's packs. Give it a try!

I have tried s/i. It is too soft for me. I work better with wilton, or nick lodge's recipe. Don,t know why s/i is too soft for me.
