My daughter and I (well, she threw sugar around) tried our hand at making a fondant/gumpaste shoe.

I think it turned out ok. However, my problem is the arch. It didn't seem very stable. You can see the cracks if you look closely. Is that normal or did I do something wrong? Am I expecting these to be less delicate than they really are?
