I made brownie pops over the weekend, and needed a drying rack. In my craft closet, I found a new, unopened six-pack of floral foam. I wrapped it in plastic wrap so it had two layers of wrap (the original packaging and the layer I added). It was big enough to hold an entire batch of pops, it was stable because of its size, it's re-usable, and it was cheap. When I was finished using it, I threw away the outer layer of wrap which had all the chocolate drippings on it. It might be necessary to poke the holes in the plastic wrap with a skewer or knife point before you put the pops in.
