I have several cakes to make for an upcoming event. Some will be fondant covered . Can those set out overnight or do they need to be refridgerated like the buttercream frosted ones? Thanks!

Will the cakes have a filling that needs to be kept in the fridge? If not, I would not put a fondant cake in the fridge because the humidity could cause it to sweat. HTH!
