Is she basing the # of servings on a 4" tall cake layer or 2" tall cake layer?

4in tall, and her charts are way too generous (i.e. too big a slice, supersize me jobs) IMHO. Bad for business if you are charging per serving! The Wilton chart is more than sufficient and accurate if you cut every cake in rectangular pieces rather than those stupid circles!
