today my kitchen scales drowned
was just wondering which ones you recommend from experience?
I'm only a hobby baker, but if i'm going to buy a new set I want functionality and reliability.
Which ones do you use or prefer? why/why not?
I have both heavy duty manul (as in second photo shown) and digital scales...
If i am doing alot of measuring for a few cake batters at once - i use the Silvia - but if just needing to weigh out a few grams - then the digitals.
