I did one not too long ago (in my photos). I just used a wondermold pan for bottom and ball pan for head. Sit head on cake board and dowel through wondermold. For the arms and legs, I actually used cupcakes. Hope that helps.
P.S. I used spaghetti colored black with edible pen for whiskers.
