Making 3 tier 12,10 and 8 inches
Largest pumpkin cake with alternating pumpkin cream cheese filling/and praline filling
Middle Chocolate cake alternating c chocolate ganache and chocolate mousse filling
Top tier White chocolate sour cream cake alternating white chocolate mousse/blueberry filling.
This is a cake for a highschool I am donating my time and cake.
Any other alternatives to these fillings or anybody have an excellent recipe for the filling i have listed.

Sounds so delish! I wouldn't want to change a thing. But just in case you are looking for alternatives, I would consider the following:

Pumpkin cake: brown sugar cinnamon cream cheese filling or caramel filling.

Chocolate cake: german chocolate filling (i think it would be coconut pecan?), mocha filling, oreo filling, peanut butter cup filling

White chocolate sour cream cake: raspberry cream filling

On a side note - do you mind sharing your white chocolate cake recipe? It sounds like someting to die for!

Let us a know what you decide - whatever you do I think it will be scrumptious!

Thise ingredients sound perishable. Personally i would not take the chance on it. Once that cake is donated it is out of my control of how it is handled. The same thing goes for bidding on it too. I wouldn't know if it is refrigerated or not.

As far as bidding no definitely not, I am delivering and serving cake. It is for my sons senior class- so not worried about being perishable because I will be with it the whole time.
The white chocolate cake I am still narrowing down a recipe. But i will let u know when i do and put it down. Thanks again.

Ah, it is done differently than the one just held here at a local elementary school. You should be good with any flavor. Have fun!
