I have just made my first sugarpaste tiara and am currently sat looking at it and trying to decide if i should make 1 or 2 spares. I added gum trag to the sugarpaste so it will harden, but i still think it will be fragile when dry. If i only make 1 am i tempting fate?? What would you do?

Make at least one spare two if you can, they'll keep forever if stored properly so no harm no foul.

Best laid plans of Mice and Men and all that.

(I needed 3 RI tiaras to get 1).

Yes you are tempting fate. I always make three, and I allow 4-6 days drying time.
