Hi all! If you need alot of royal icing flowers for a really detailed cake or for the tops of lots of cupcakes, do you tend to make or buy them? I'd like to be able to make them to save money and to be able to customize them if need be. But I'd love to buy them to save time, but the only way I can see to get a good price is to buy in bulk, and I hate the thought of not being able to use all of them. What do you guys do?
