I've always just bought the already made gumpaste.Since i'm starting to get a pretty steady flow of orders i wanted to make my own.I used the Wilton recipe an went to color my gumpaste black an it turned like a emerald green instead!! Anyone know why this could of happened?I followed directions to a tee an let it sit overnight.The icing coloring was Wilton too if that would help?
