Chocolate Fondant Disaster

I made a chocolate fondant and no matter what I did to it it was really dry feeling. I used cocoa powder does anyone think that was the problem?

Quck question for you...did you substitute the amount of cocoa powder for powdered sugar? Is this MMF?
