How do you apply the rice paper transfer phot onto a cake? Do you use it on buttercream that has "set" for a while to get crusty? or do you place the tansfer on the buttercream as soon as you apply and smooth? Also what about othe icings such as Dream Whip icing or fondant?
Could use any help - thanks!

HI;
Icing Sheets are applied when the icing is wet. If it crusts over, you will need to dampen it prior to placing the image on. When putting the image on, you want to slightly bend the image so that you can lay the center first and then smooth to the sides as you place it on. Be sure your hands are dry when applying so you dont smear the image.
