Hi ladies me again, so I posted earlier this week asking about the techniques you all do when you finish baking your cakes. A lot of you said you wrap it in saran and put it in the freezer overnight. I did that but my mom had an emeregency yesterday and I couldnt do anything with the cake. So it has been in the freezer for 2 days. I made another cake last night and put it in the freezer as well but its only been overnight.

Is it ok that my first cake has stayed longer in the freezer??

oh ok sounds good! Then after you take the cake out of the freezer, I should cut it and make sure it is straight then let it sit in room temp w/o being covered again so it can settle?
