I used a recipe I found on here for chocolate MMF that I colored black. It is a recipe for black MMF. It has a little elephant skin look to it when rolled out and not true black. Is there any way to fix this (more the elephant skin part)? If not, any recommendations for decent tasting black MMF??? Thanks! icon_lol.gif [/b][/u]

Which recipe did you use?
Did you use it as soon as you made it? I read that it works better when you do.

I will be making chocolatte MMF in a couple of days and would love to know why it was crumbly/elephant skin.
