I am making a tiki cake. It will be 3 tiers, the top tier being a tiki hut. The cake will be all fondant. The tiki hut will also be fondant, but for the roof I would like it to look like straw. I plan to pipe it on with a star tip (dragging the tip down the sides of the roof). What would be better to use RI or BC?

I prefer BC, and try the grass tip; it may give you more of a straw look. icon_smile.gif

I did a tiki hut smash cake and used the grass tip w/BC for the roof.

Thank you, it's the grass tip with BC.
