Hi all,

I am sure this has been asked before, but I didn't spot anything in a forum search. I need a true purple buttercream, one that won't fade to pink or blue. What do you use that has the most success?

Thanks a bunch,

Hazel

Chefmaster "No-fade" purple (and no-fade pink) work great.

When I need a different shade of purple than the Chefmaster, I find that it stays true longer if I create it myself by mixing red and blue.
