I am making a 6, 8 and 10 inch round cake on friday. I am making three layers of cake for each tier. Normally I do two and fill in between them but I want the height to be taller on this cake. How many and where should I place my cake boards? The cake will be traveling but only one mile up the road and the speed limit is 15 mph.

Make a base that the cake sits on approx 2" thick , you will also want to place a single cake board between every 4 inches of cake for best results. Dont forget to use your dowels to support the upper tiers.

Things I have learned from me to You.
