Hi
Ive got a large order of 300 cupcakes for thursday and was thinking of baking them tomo (weds) and icing on thursday, but if leaving the cupcakes overnight does anyone put a moistening syrup on the cakes to keep them from drying out? They are all vanilla, so maybe a vanilla syrup?
Any help would be great!!
Thanks

Hi, I always use my normal sugar syrup to moisten the cupcakes. And I store them in white cake boxes or if you have cupcakes boxes, that works well too! icon_smile.gif
