question: what brand of colouring do you use? your cupcakes are so gorgeous and bright. thanks

I use both Wilton and Americolor. I would love to only use Americolor, but since the only local place to buy cake supplies around here is Michaels, I still need Wilton in a pinch. When I first make my icing I add bright white to the base white, so that may make a difference.

By the way Amy, me and CC's own LineDancer did this today -- with the molded Oreos and transfer sheets (like you outlined on your blog) and IT WORKED!!!! icon_lol.gif You can't believe how thrilled we were!!! icon_biggrin.gif Thanks again for this idea!!! thumbs_up.gif
