I aplogize if this topic is somewhere already, I didnt have any luck searching.

I am very intrigued by the Cricut Cake, but I am just a hobby decorator and don't see justifiying spending that kind of money just yet.

So I'm wondering if there is something similar (smaller in size is fine too) to the cricut that is cheaper that I could start with to see if i would like it or actually use it on cakes enough to talk myself into spending the money on a Cricut Cake.

Thanks in Advance!

The silhouette is less expensive, smaller and in my opinion better then the cricut. I have both prefer the silhouette. You can print on gum paste with an edible image printer then cut out the image with a can't do that with a cricut.
