I've never done anything this big before. I need to make sheet cakes for 400 people. We"ll just assume they want all buttercream. What do I charge?

What size/how many sheet cakes are you going to make?
How much is it going to cost you to make them?
How long will it take? How much is your time worth?
How much do you want to make from doing it?

Thanks texas sugar! That"s the info I needed to figure it out. Sorry I didn't respond sooner, had to take husband to hospital with heart problems. Everything is okay they say.
