Hey!

I am not super experienced with fondant and just finished a cake covered with it. The problem is I finished sooner than I thought I would..what is the best way for me to store it?

Thanks!
Lori

As long as it isn't a perishible filling you can leave it in the box on your counter. If it's very hot in your area and/or the filling issue then put it in the fridge. When taking it out let it come to room temp and do not touch it, the condensation will evaporate off and the fondant will dry nicely.
