Oh man, how gorgeous! I wonder if you could contact the owners of sugarveil. I'd love to make some for Christmas.

Here's an idea. What if you just made a plain, solid sheet of sugar veil, and cut out rose shapes? Can you stick them together to make a rose as if they were made from gumpaste? Then you could put the rose in teh hot beverage?
