Hey Everyone,
I'm trying to find a recipe for a canasta cake. There is one bakery in our home town that makes it, we love it and have to go there to get it when ever we are town. But we live half way across the world and it's not like I can run down town and get this cake.
It is a rich chocolate two layer cake with a cream icing and filling. The icing and filling is almost like twinkie filling it is so creamy and rich. The cake is an amazing cake and I can't wait till we go to Indiana for a visit just so that I can eat this cake again.
I'm pregnant and all I can think about is the Canasta cake that we get back home.
Any help is greatly appericate and thanks in advance.
