Hi all,

I've tried and tried to get this particular color for 150 small daisies and 3 large Gerbers that I need for next Sat. the 25th. It's Guava, which is like a light salmon pink. Argh! The bride was very specific about this color, and the small test batch I did last month came out great. But now, not so much.

I can't waste anymore material on these and I'm really frustrated because I have other cakes to get done for this weekend, and I'm afraid if I don't get these babies made then there won't be enough time to dry them.

Tried both gumpaste and fondant. Even Googled premades in this or close to this color and nothing comes up. Gerbers are all fuschia, orange and yellow.

Can anyone please give me some advice?

ok, there is a c/c er that has a beautiful cake , posted 5-3-10 . her username is shantel575. I know that if you p/m her, she will tell you how she got this color. being it is the color you need. hth
