do you bake your cupcakes? I like to do mine at 325, but they still seem dried out. What temp and for how long have you found bakes the best cupcakes?

the last batch I made (cherry almond) were 325 for 17 minutes. But I think the thermometer on my oven is suspect, it has a broad range, so I tend to really preheat my oven.

I think it totally depends on your own personal oven. After trying many times and temps, I get best results with my electric oven at 350 degrees for 21 minutes.
