Hello all,
My niece is having her sweet 16 next week & I'm to make her cake. She wants a red velvet with white fondant on top.
My question is what do I use as a filling? She has no preference. I have never done RV and all I know is cream cheese frosting goes on it. LOL!
I would appreciate any ideas you may be willing to share.

Just fill with cream cheese icing. My husband says even a phone book would taste good with a bit of cream cheese icing 
Just remember to seriously chill your cake before you cover it with fondant. I just did a cake with cream cheese icing and fondant, and didn't have time to chill. It worked out, but was not worth the hassel.
