Hi Everyone,

I'm hoping to make a baby clothesline cake like the many great ones I've seen on here. I'm planning on making the clothes out of MMF. Should I make them in advance and let them dry, or do I put them on teh cake fresh/pliable kind of like other fondant decorations?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated..

Thanks!

Hi , i am answering again, yes, if you have other cakes, etc. You could take the pan size of your cake. drape the clothes line like you want it. lay this all the other deco's on a cake board and put in a 2 gallon freezer bag and put in freezer. Linda Mcclure does this all this time with her cricut(or silhoutte cut outs) when time to use them. Out of the freezer. you could let the clothes dry before putting on cake. but the line would be flexible. hth

I did a cake like this except mine was on a sheet instead of a round cake and I cut my clothes and out them on the cake fresh so those pieces could be cut as part of the cake. princess.gif
