hi! I'm trying to get the best tasting fondant for my cupcake accents, which will be made, dried, and put on top of buttercream. I thought I liked the taste of satin ice, but when I made some accents and they dried, I tasted one and couldn't stomach it.
does the taste change after it's dried, or was it just my imagination?

To me, SI tastes the same soft out of the bucket or when air dry.

I used Fondarific chocolate for some tank treads and they were still tootsie roll tasting 2 days later. My 3 year old son must have agreed since he ate one entire tread instead of his slice of cake. icon_smile.gif
