When I color pink and purple icing it taste fine till the next day. The more color I add the more stale tasting the icing. Ive noticed this with 3 diffrent brands of icing. Does anyone know if their is a way to prevent this? Also when I worked for the local bakery these colors were the two that faded the most....Any way any feed back would be great...thanks
