I am doing a cupcake wedding on Sat. I called the venue to advise them of the time I would be delivering. They tell me since the weather will be nice the bride has changed from a hall to a tent outside.
I have made 180 gumpaste gerbera daisies to go on top of cupcakes. I am now concerned about the cupcakes staying fresh and the flowers not softening from the heat. Any advice would be greatly appreciated TIA

As long as the flowers are completely dried, it shouldn't be a problem.

Now, if your icing has butter instead of shortening - that could be problem due to heat.

The flowers are completely dry. I use sugarshacks buttercream icing, guess all I can do at this point is hope the bees don't think the flowers are real ha ha. Thanks for your reply cai0311
